- We will treat all our patients with courtesy and confidentiality.
- We will offer an appointment for a routine matter within 1 working day.
- We will try to see you within 20 minutes of your appointment time.
- We will endeavour to answer your telephone call promptly.
- Appointments are 10 minutes long and we will deal with 1 problem only.
- Prescription requests made in writing will be ready within 2 working days.
- All complaints and suggestions will be given full consideration and action will be taken if neccessary.
In return we would expect you to:
- Treat the premises, facilities, staff and doctors with respect. We operate a zero tolerance policy and will not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour.
- Telephone the surgery after 10am for non-urgent matters.
- Be on time for your appointment and let us know in good time if you are unable to keep your appointment.
- Use our out-of-hours emergency service sensibly and for medical emergencies only.
- Note that we have the right to discuss matters with any patient who may misuse our services.
